Each visit includes a customized checklist based on the season and your home's needs. Based the package you select, you’ll be provided with 1-3 hours of maintenance time. Common items include replacing HVAC filters, testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, inspecting caulking and weather seals, checking exterior conditions, cleaning accessible gutters, and identifying small maintenance issues before they become larger repairs.

For your first visit, we do ask that homeowners are present. After your first service, you are not required to be home and we often complete seasonal maintenance while you're at work or away and provide a summary afterward.

We'll document any issues, explain our recommendations, and provide options and pricing for repair. You'll never be surprised by additional work or charges.
